一、代理条件：
        1、存在形式：必须是独立的法人实体，遵守中华人民共和国相关法令，可以独立承担民事责任的个人和企业单位，可以独立为您所发展的用户开据合法有效的服务票据。
        2、合作基础：从技术角度了解和熟悉系列产品和服务，认同邦仕嘉开发代理的宗旨。
        3、市场能力：有一定的客户群，具有比较丰富的营销，销售经验与从业背景。
        4、销售能力：具备相关产品的销售经验和开拓市场、组织市场的能力。
        5、愿意接受公司的监督和指导。
二、代理程序:
        1、向邦仕嘉市场部递交《代理申请书》、公司简介一份、申请单位营业执照副本复印件一份（加盖公章）、法人代表身份证复印件一份和税务登记证复印件一份。
        2、申请材料经市场部审核通过后,双方再研究、协商代理事宜。
        3、填写相关资料并在市场部存档。
        4、进入试销期，时间为三个月，三月内进行产品试销及双方考察。
        5、三个月后代理确认：具备以上条件，经我方认可后签定《代理协议书》。
        6、免费为代理商培训。
        7、授予《代理书》

    4th, enters three month trial sale time, carries on the product trial sale and both sides inspects within three month.
    5th, three months act confirmed: Meets above requirement, approves after Bosia evaluates "Proxy Agreement".
